Tyre recycling capacity in the UK and Ireland is set to increase as MMH Recycling Systems Ltd are installing four further tyre recycling plants. When fully operational, these recycling plants will help process some of the 30-40 million scrap tyres produced each year.

In partnership with Eldan Recycling A/S Denmark, MMH offer a simple, reliable and cost effective method of shredding tyres and separating the resulting rubber, steel and fibres. The company provides a complete service to its customers, which can include designing, building and commissioning everything from a single machine to a complete, high automated tyre recycling plant. Tyre recycling equipment from MMH Recycling Systems Ltd is already in use by many successful tyre recyclers; these four further installations will significantly increase tyre recycling capacity in the UK and Ireland.
